Cloud & Platform Engineering

Deployments work. Has anyone restored the database?

We build and harden cloud and Kubernetes platforms on AWS, Azure and OpenShift, with infrastructure in Terraform, recovery that has been tested, and on-call ownership that is written down.

The problem

What we usually find.

Moving to the cloud often leaves the same operational gaps in a new place. Settings are changed by hand in the console, health checks restart every pod during a database outage, and the backup has never been restored. Delivery slows because nobody wants to touch what nobody fully understands.

What we do

Services.

  • Cloud architecture and migration sequencing for existing workloads
  • Kubernetes and OpenShift platform setup, upgrades, and hardening
  • Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines that replace manual changes
  • Operational readiness reviews: probes, failure domains, restore drills, alerting
What you get

Deliverables.

  • A platform review listing the risks found, ranked by impact and effort
  • Infrastructure as code for the target environment, in your repository
  • Delivery pipelines with security scanning and a tested rollback path
  • A documented restore exercise with timings, and runbooks for the top incidents

A platform your team can run without us

Nothing is handed over until your engineers have deployed, rolled back, and restored it themselves at least once. Alerts go to a named owner, with a runbook attached.

Cloud Modernization & Optimization

Moving workloads out of a data center, or tidying up a cloud estate that grew faster than anyone planned, including the bill.

How we approach it

AI-Driven IT Operations

Help for on-call engineers: pull together the relevant logs, metrics, and runbook for an incident, and suggest a next step.

How we approach it

Platform Reliability & Engineering

Fewer surprises in production: health checks that mean something, alerts someone acts on, and a restore that has actually been tested.
